I found a solution to it (it worked for me).
In binaries directory:
Rename MassEffect2.exe as MassEffect2Launcher.exe
Rename ME2Game.exe as MassEffect2.exe
Now It Works fine and it can import Mass Effect 1 saves.

重設Mass Effect 2獲取上一代破關存檔路徑的方法如下

在未開啟Origin的狀況下開啟
D://Program Files (x86)/Origin/Origin game/Mass Effect 2/Binaries/MassEffect2Config
找到Save Games 重設路徑為
C://使用者/Guo-Quan/文件/BioWare/Mass Effect 2/Save
按下Copy Mass Effect 1 Save Game
